Terms of Service
Plain-language terms for buying a Memoriv medallion and publishing a memorial page.
The service
Memoriv sells a QR medallion and hosts the memorial page it opens. One purchase covers the medallion and hosting of that page — there is no subscription.
Claiming a code
Each medallion carries a unique code. The first account to claim an unused code becomes the owner of that memorial page and the only account able to edit it. Keep the code private until you are ready to claim it.
Your content
You keep ownership of everything you upload. You confirm you have the right to publish it, and you agree not to upload unlawful, offensive or infringing material. We may remove content that breaks these rules or the law.
Availability
We aim to keep memorial pages online continuously, and hosting is funded in advance. Short maintenance windows may occur. You can export your full archive from your account at any time.
Warranty and liability
The medallion carries a lifetime warranty against material defects; we will replace a damaged or unreadable medallion free of charge. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product develops. Material changes will be announced by email to account holders.
