This policy explains what Memoriv collects, why, and what control you keep over your family's memorial content.
What we collect
Account details (name and email), order details needed to ship your medallion, and the content you choose to publish on a memorial page: photos, video, audio, documents and text. We also collect basic, anonymised usage statistics so we can improve the site.
How we use it
To deliver your order, host the memorial page, provide support and send service messages. If you asked for our guide or offers, we send those emails too — you can unsubscribe at any time with one click.
Who can see a memorial page
Memorial pages are public by link: anyone who scans the medallion can view them. Only the account that claimed the code can edit or delete the content. We never sell your data and we never place advertising on memorial pages.
Storage and security
Content is stored with encrypted, access-controlled cloud infrastructure. Payments are processed by our payment providers; we never see or store full card numbers.
Your rights
You can export your complete archive, correct your details or request deletion of your account and memorial content at any time by writing to support@memoriv.com. We respond within 30 days.
